So how is this juicing going? Well, its going great. I find myself craving my next juice and the junk we used to think was so Yummy no longer tastes Yummy. My taste buds don't like that JUNK anymore.
Are we still doing a strict juice fast? HA! NO.
I don't think its nutrionally complete to provide enough fuel for the day. We would often hit rock bottom with light headedness and shakes. Even drinking 5/ 16-24oz at a time and ample water between. Especially after a workout or even just walking to and from the car in the 90weather at the commissary. Just not enough. We are watching what we eat and still juicing atleast 3 times a day. I think its better to supplement your diet rather than it be your whole diet.
We started with a breakfast blend of oranges, Apple and pear. YUMMY!
